Delete your account

This page lets you request deletion of your account and associated data in the W.I.N.S. Infant Safety App (Android package com.adph.wins), the official infant-safety app operated by the Alabama Department of Public Health, Southeastern District.

How to request deletion

You can delete your account in either of these ways:

Option 1 — In the app

Open the W.I.N.S. Infant Safety App on your device.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Using this form

Enter the email address tied to your account in the form below.
Confirm the request and submit it.
Our team verifies and deletes your account within 30 days.
We email adph.support@previseit.com if we need to confirm your identity.

What data is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted (permanently, within 30 days)

Your account and login credentials.
Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, preferences).
All child profiles you created (name, date of birth, photo) and their milestone and vaccination tracking.
Your quiz attempts, points, and milestone progress.
Any feedback or ratings you submitted.
Your push-notification token and notification history for the account.

Kept (for the periods below)

Audit and security logs may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention. These are not used to contact you and are purged on our standard retention schedule.
Crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics) are kept on a rolling basis for up to 90 days and are not linked to your account.
Aggregated, anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) are retained for up to 14 months and cannot be tied back to you.
